Terms and Conditions for the Ignite Program

Welcome to the Ignite program. By registering for and participating in this live online program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register for or participate in the program.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the organizers of the Ignite program. The term “you” or “participant” refers to any individual who registers for the program.

1. Program Description

The Ignite program is a live online educational event conducted via Zoom, designed to provide participants with systems and frameworks for personal development, including overcoming fear, procrastination, and self-doubt. The program content is based on our proprietary “Faith-rooted + Neuroscience-backed System,” which includes concepts such as “Heart–Mind–Brain alignment” and provides a “Clarity + Action Roadmap.”

2. Registration and Eligibility

  • Free Offer: The Ignite program is offered on a promotional basis and is completely free of charge for a limited number of participants (“Limited Seats” or “100% Scholarship Spot”). Registration does not guarantee a spot, as seats are limited and are allocated at our discretion, typically on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Accurate Information: To register, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. This information will be used to send you the program access link (e.g., Zoom link) and other relevant communications.
  • No Hidden Costs: We confirm that there are no hidden costs, fees, or required purchases to attend the live online program itself.

3. The “Special Bonus” Offer

  • The “Special Bonus” (including “Ignite coaching session,” “Cashcode course access,” etc.) is exclusively available to the first ten (10) individuals who successfully register and attend the live program.
  • The determination of the first 10 attendees is at the sole discretion of the organizers.
  • The bonus items hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or products. Details on how to claim the bonus items will be provided to eligible participants after the live program has concluded.

4. Program Access and Participant Conduct

  • Access: The link and instructions to join the live program will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology (e.g., internet access, Zoom application) to participate.
  • Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during the live session. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program, without prior notice, for disruptive behavior, spamming, harassment, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the organizers.
  • No Recording: Unauthorized recording, screen-capturing, or broadcasting of the live program is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and concepts presented during the Ignite program are the exclusive intellectual property of the program organizers. Your participation grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the information for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the program materials without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Results: The Ignite program is an educational service. While we provide tools, strategies, and frameworks designed for personal growth, we do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, or financial results. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, motivation, and implementation of the concepts learned.
  • Not Professional Advice: The content of this program is not intended to be a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or financial advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any concerns you may have in these areas.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Ignite program, you agree that the organizers will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation, your inability to participate, or your application of the information provided during the program.

By registering, you consent to us collecting and using your personal information (name, phone, email) to manage your participation and to send you information about this program and future events or offers. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

9. Program Cancellation or Rescheduling

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Ignite program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, we will make a reasonable effort to notify all registered participants via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
